When you have children at school it can be difficult to find work that fits in with a relatively short day and still finish in time to collect your children. There are a few things to consider with this and you may find it easier to find a job if you’re able to send your children to an afterschool club so that you can work longer hours if necessary. However if that’s not an option then you could look for shift based work either in a shop or restaurant that would allow flexible working.
You could also consider jobs where you are based at home such as outwork from factories that is usually based around simple jewellery assembly tasks or sorting jobs that you can do in your own time.
There are quite a few companies that offer self-employed sales roles where you can sell make-up or beauty products door to door or hold parties for your friends and sell items, these are great if you have a knack for sales and like to socialise too, it’s worth finding a company that you really believe in the product that you are selling as it’s always easier to sell something you like and would use yourself.
